What are your Covid-19 Safety measures?

• We take temperatures daily and log data.

• Masks are worn (children 2 and up).

• We have cleaning and sanitation done every day. UV light cleaning is utilized at the end of day.

• Covid-19 policies are provided to each parent and employees.

What is the enrollment process?

• Complete an application and pay registration fee

• Complete Emergency Contact/Parental Consent Form

• Complete Child Health Assessment Form (must turn in child vaccination record upon admission)

• Complete Parental/Guardian Agreement for Covid-19

• Complete All About Your Child form

• Complete photo and video release form

 

Do you provide meals?

Yes, we serve 2 nutritious meals and 1 snack.

Do you accept subsidy (CCW)?

Yes, we accept subsidy.
